This quest begins with Wilson, you can find him with all the tanners in New Haven. Wilson has just recently completed his training and was named a Grandmaster Leatherworker. He wants to share his newly learned skill with you by making you some armor. All he needs is the leather. Wilson looks at you excitedly.
Well...Aren't you going to congratulate me? I just became a Grandmaster Leatherworker! Would you like me to craft you some armor? You sure look like you could use some. I can make you a new suit of armor with my new skills if you would like. I will need the supplies though. Go out in the forests and kill animals for their hides. Once you have killed the animal, use your dagger on it to skin it's hide. Be sure to have some scissors with you. Full hides can be heavy. After you skin the animals for their hides, use your scissors on the hides to make them into cut leather. I will need 50 cut leather to make you a suit. Bring me 50 cut leather and I will craft you some armor. Return to Wilson with 50 cut leather and he will give you a bag of armor. This is a nice quest for new players to begin their skill training (by killing low level beasts such as animals) and yields a nice suit of armor for new characters. This quest can be done as many times as you like to get new armor when needed. If you lose your armor just bring Wilson 50 more pieces of cut leather and he will be glad to craft you a new suit. |
