You will need a powerscroll of Alchemy that you can aquire just like any other powerscroll, by defeating champions in Felucca. These potions require at least 100 skill to make and up to 120 skill for some of them. You will also need a new tool (an ancient mortar and pestle) which you can buy from any alchemist. These potions use the necro reagents.
